How to Redeem a Game Code on PS5

Step 1: Sign in to your PSN account

• Turn on your PS5
• Make sure you are logged in to PlayStation Network (PSN)
  ⚠️ Important: The account region must match the code region (US / EU / HK / JP, etc.)

Step 2: Open PlayStation Store

• From the PS5 home screen
• Select PlayStation Store (shopping bag icon)

Step 3: Select “Redeem Code”

• Go to the top-right corner → choose Redeem Code
• Or find Redeem Code in the left-side menu

Step 4: Enter the code

• Enter the 12-digit code (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
• Select Redeem / Confirm

Step 5: Download the game

• If the code is valid, the game will be added to your Library
• Select Download and start playing 

 Important Notes (Common Issues)

• Wrong account region → code cannot be redeemed
•  Codes may expire
•  Each code can be used only once
•  DLC codes must match the correct game and version
